International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to Kiwi Travel International Airlines Limited, to enable the airline to operate services using B757 aircraft.

This amendment will take effect from 24 November 1995.

Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Michael Joseph Small, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78A (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.

Conditions

(i) Two point lap seat belts to an approved standard are fitted to the driver’s seat and that of the right front passenger;
