Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993

The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice (No. 2) 1995 (No. F10)

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Regional Fisheries Services Manager, Ministry of Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice (No. 2) 1995.

  2. Interpretation—In this notice “type approval” means the approval given by the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries under regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.

  3. Grant of type approval—Pursuant to regulation 5 (3) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, a provisional type approval has been granted to the following Inmarsat-C device:

    Manufacturer: Japan Radio Co Limited.
    Model Name: JRC JUE-75 A.
    Model No.: GY 11109.
    Software Version No.: MAFTRACK V2.1.

  4. Period of type approval—The type approval granted to the above Inmarsat-C device shall be valid from the date of approval to 30 September 1995.

Consent to the Distribution of Changed Medicines

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 1995, No. 117, page 3674, notice No. 6890, for the word “minoxidil” in the fifty-second and fifty-fifth lines, replace with the word “minoxidi”. This is in respect of the entries for Headway and Headway 5 topical solutions.
