Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election was held on the 20th day of April 1995, for the board of trustees of the following school:

Mahurangi Christian School, Snells Beach.

The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education, pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 30th day of October 1995.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 6 September 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Elizabeth Capper in respect of Centreplace Shopper Creche, situated at Victoria Street, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 14 March 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Robert Shannon in respect of Early Years Learning Centre, situated at 2 Bridge Street, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 20 August 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Lieutenant Robert Cope, in respect of Whatman Early Childhood Nursery, situated at 132 Ngaumutawa Road, Masterton.

The nursery amalgamated with the Whatman Early Childhood Centre, also situated at 132 Ngaumutawa Road, Masterton, as of 6 November 1995.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Solway College, Masterton.

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 24th day of October 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
