Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993

Registered Office of All Companies: Level Twenty-four, Bank of New Zealand Tower, 125 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended that the above companies be removed from the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the grounds that the companies have no surplus assets after paying their debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting any of these companies into liquidation.

Any objection to the removal of the companies from the Register may be made, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 1 December 1995.

We, the undersigned applicants, hereby give notice that we intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Invercargill for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 15A Hokonui Drive, Gore, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 28 days of the date of this notice, this company will be removed from the Register.
