Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

William Robert Matthew, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of G J & B A Desborough Limited (in liquidation) on the 27th day of January 1995, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a).

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-mentioned company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) after 30 days from the date of this notice. Objections to remove under section 296 must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

On 30 January 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that USM Footwear Materials of New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
