Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Christopher Paul Worth and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed receivers of Freemans Toys Limited on the 31st day of January 1995 by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of the debentures giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The Receivers’ Office Address is: Coopers & Lybrand, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon, Dunedin.

Notice is hereby given that Michael Andrew Clarke, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Moorcroft Holdings Limited on the 27th day of January 1995, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 12th day of August 1994.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and assets.

Eric Charles Eagle of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of January 1995, he appointed Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of Al Capone Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 15th day of December 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Al Capone Limited.
