Declaring Land Acquired for Road in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Business Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway 8B and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of October 1995.

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

All that piece of land containing 533 square metres, being part Section 117, Block III, Cromwell Survey District; shown marked ‘L’ on S.O. Plan 21711, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Corrigendum

Land at 181 Clarence Street Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 8th day of August 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 17th day of August 1995, No. 81 at page 2248, by adding to the heading after “Road” the word “Diversion”.
