Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Executive Travel Limited, which has its registered office at Auckland, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that all known assets of the company have been realised and all proceeds of realisation have been distributed.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 15 November 1995.
