Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 6 October 1995, Masport Limited (“the debenture holder”) appointed them to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture, dated 4 February 1993, given by Lawn Heat ‘N’ Cycle Limited in favour of the debenture holder.
