A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

1525 square metres, more or less, being part Motutawa No. 2 Block (formerly part Whakapoungakau 1B3B), Block X, Rotoiti Survey District and shown on M.L. Plan 17164.
