integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Turakina Maori Girl’s College.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 2nd day of October 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

The Resource Management (Approval of Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1995
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1995.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “telecommunication” and “telecommunication link” have the same meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Telecommunications Act 1987.

Approval as requiring authority—Cyberstar of New Zealand Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for its operation, maintenance and development of a system comprising telecommunication links to permit telecommunication.

Consent to the Distribution of New Medicines
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 September 1995, No. 103, page 3310, notice No. 6164, for the word “alendronate” in the twentieth line, replace with the words “alendronic acid”. The active ingredient for the product Fosamax then reads “Alendronate sodium 13.05 mg (equivalent to 10 mg alendronic acid)”.
