Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant
District Manager, Department of Survey and Land
Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the
Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
stopped and that:

(i) Areas “E” and “F”, now known as Sections 1 and 2,
    S.O. 60127 respectively, shall be amalgamated with

the land in certificate of title No. 33A/801, South
Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “G”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60127,
    shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of

title, Volume 1049, folio 239, subject to memoranda of
mortgage H. 799773.2 and B. 253796, South
Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “H” and “L”, now known as Section 4, S.O.
     60127 and Section 1, S.O. 60126 respectively, shall be

amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 898, folio 122, subject to memoranda of
mortgage H. 799773.2 and B. 253796, South
Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated in South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager,
Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land
Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
The South Wairarapa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares:
(i) the road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate
of title 36A/867.
(ii) the road described in the Third Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate
of title 10C/43.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares:
(i) the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this
notice to be severance and amalgamated with
certificate of title 10C/43.
(ii) the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice
to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of
title 36A/867.
