Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1995, No. 9.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59920, the piece of stopped road secondly described, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 59920, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/824, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road fourthly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 59920, the piece of stopped road thirdly described and the land taken firstly described, now known together as Section 4, S.O. 59920, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54D/924, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 107426, South Auckland Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to section 117, declares the pieces of stopped road fiftly, sixthly and seventhly described, now known as Section 5, S.O. 59920, and Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 59922 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54D/410, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 241954.1 and H. 102153.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
