processing purposes. This levy is to be paid by blackcurrant growers and is to be used for the purposes of promotion, research, and market development of the blackcurrant industry.
The manner of payment and collection of such levy shall be by deduction by exporters, processors, co-operatives, or dealers from the payments at the first point of sale the blackcurrants being levied.
(b) A special levy equal to 37.125 cents per kilogram (including G.S.T.) on all blueberries sold for fresh export purposes, 6.75 cents per kilogram (including G.S.T.) on all blueberries sold for frozen export purposes. This levy is to be paid by blueberry growers and is to be used for the promotion, administration, research and development of the blueberry industry.
Levies on blueberries sold for export purposes are to be collected by the exporter by deducting the levy from payments to growers at the first point of sale.

- Certain Non-Leather Women’s Footwear from China.
- Certain Men’s Footwear from China, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
- Automotive Oil Filters from the United States of America.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk from Thailand.
- Abrasive Discs and Wheels from Korea and Taiwan (provisional direction).

Revocation of registration as registered operator—The registration of Pacific Tele-Network as a registered operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (“the regulations”), done on 8 May 1995 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 18 May 1995, was revoked, pursuant to regulation 8 of the Regulations on 22 September 1995.
