Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 22 September 1995, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that Letts Industries Limited be liquidated and that D. R. Rassell and R. C. Malcolm, chartered accountants of Ingham Mora Malcolm & Rassell, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of September 1995.
