In the Matter of Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955
Take notice that I, Murray James Horn, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in all that land being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one point eight four three hectares (1.8413 ha), more or less, situate in Block VII, Wainuioru Survey District, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 44336 and being all that land comprised and described in certificate of title 19D/1359 (Wellington Registry).
And I certify that the vesting of the said land did not come to my notice until the 13th day of September 1995.

Correction to Notification of Ordinary Rules
In the New Zealand Gazette issue of 21 September there was an error in the effective date when the notified rules would come into force. The notice should have read as follows:
Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto, which shall come into force on the 14th day of November 1995.

Game Industry Board Regulations 1985
Game Industry Board – Board Levy
1.1 Pursuant to regulation 17(3) of the Game Industry Board Regulations 1985, notice is given that the Game Industry Board hereby fixes the rates of board levy (which levy rates are exclusive of goods and services tax imposed by the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985) as follows:
(a) On each deer, other than fallow, slaughtered in deer slaughtering premises, per kilogram hot clean carcass weight after removal of condemned parts:
“A” 25 cents “B” 25 cents plus (or minus) x cents.
(b) On each fallow deer slaughtered in deer slaughtering premises, per kilogram hot clean carcass weight after removal of condemned parts:
“A” 18 cents “B” 18 cents plus (or minus) x cents.
(c) On each killed game deer carcass received at a game packing house, zero cents per kilogram cold clean carcass weight after removal of condemned parts.
(d) On each piece of antler from fallow deer received at a game packing house for processing or packing per kilogram green weight:
“A” $1.30 “B” $1.30 plus (or minus) y cents.
(e) On each piece of antler from deer other than fallow deer received at a game packing house for processing or packing per kilogram green weight:
“A” $3.30 “B” $3.30 cents plus (or minus) y cents.
Where x = any increase (or decrease) in the number of cents per kilogram of venison to be attributed as the Animal Health levy referred to in the clause below provided that x shall be limited to no more than that number which will ensure that “B” does not exceed the equivalent 1994/95 board levy plus 20%.
Where y = any increase (or decrease) in the number of cents per kilogram of velvet to be attributed as the Animal Health levy referred to in the clause below provided that y shall be limited to no more than that number which will ensure that “B” does not exceed the equivalent 1994/95 board levy plus 20%.\n
1.2 The board levy rates set out above marked “A” shall be payable from 1 October 1995 until such date as the Game Industry Board so resolves, and by Gazette notice, notifies, that the board levy rates set out above marked “B” shall be payable.
1.3 No levy will be payable when the velvet grade value, as defined by the Industry Agreed Grading Standard, is less than or equal to $15/kg (G.S.T. exclusive).
1.4 If, in breach of the statutory obligation to keep adequate records the board levy, at the rates set out above, will be payable.
