N J Lucas Properties Limited at Christchurch, gives notice that on the 18th day of September 1995, it appointed Ronald Birch, accountant of Christchurch, receiver of Neville J Lucas Limited at Christchurch in place of Spencer William Bullen and Peter William Young, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, in respect of the property of Neville J Lucas Limited charged by a deed of debenture given by that company in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited and dated the 15th day of June 1955, which debenture was registered in the Companies Office at Christchurch on the 17th day of March 1995, transferred to N J Lucas Properties Limited, notification of which transfer was registered in the Companies Office at Christchurch on the 5th day of April 1995.
