Take notice that on the 18th day of August 1993, an application for an order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955 in respect of Latimer Holdings Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The orders sought are as follows:

1. Requiring alternatively to purchase the shares of the plaintiff in Latimer at a fair value to be determined by the Court.

2. An account of profits by the first defendant and second defendant.

3. Interest.

4. Costs of and incidental to this proceeding.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 2nd day of October 1995 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Patrick McBreem, whose address for service is at the offices of Anthony Harper, Barristers & Solicitors, 115 Kilmore Street, Christchurch.
