  1. The CAIDI for the total of all interruptions, which shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:

$$

where -

a
is the sum obtained by adding together the interruption duration factors for all interruptions; and

b
is the sum obtained by adding together the number of electricity customers affected by each of those interruptions.

  1. The CAIDI for the total number of interruptions within each interruption class, which shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:

$$

where -

is the sum obtained by adding together the interruption duration factors for all interruptions within the particular interruption class; and

b
is the sum obtained by adding together the number of electricity customers affected by each of those interruptions.
