Land Acquired for Road at Hillgrove in the Waitaki District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of January 1995.

Otago Land District—Waitaki District

All that piece of land containing 1960 square metres, being Lot 1, D.P. 11648. All certificate of title No. 3B/740.

Land Acquired for Service Lane—Bower Street, Napier—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a service lane and shall vest in The Napier City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20A/1447, subject to memorandum of mortgage 379191.5 and statutory land charge 454362.1.
