We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham of Ferrier Hodgson & Co., hereby give notice that as at the date below, we have ceased to act as receivers and managers of Malcolm Forbes Toys Limited and Malcolm Forbes (NZ) Limited, and accordingly as at the date below, that the receivership of Malcolm Forbes Toys Limited and Malcolm Forbes (NZ) Limited has ceased.

Debenture trust deed dated 16 September 1983 in favour of Raymond Ernest Wallis and Leslie John Barrie Paterson ("the debenture holder").

Take notice that on the 15th day of December 1994, the debenture holder trustees under the above debenture trust deed ("the debenture") in exercise of the powers reserved to them under the debenture have appointed Anthony Lester Roberts, retired accountant of Auckland, in place of John Lawrence Vague, as receiver and manager to enter upon and take possession of the company's premises and to exercise all or any of the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver and manager by the debenture.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets and effect, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
