  1. That by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named trust on the 9th day of December 1994 a special resolution was passed by the trust that Jonathan McKellar Dent, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed as liquidator of the trust.

  2. The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of December 1994.
