Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of agreement for sale and purchase embodied in the Register under No. 56B/1050 (‘the agreement’) and affecting the land in certificate of title 44C/507, whereunder William Wellington Fountain, labourer of Auckland, and Eliza Rita Marguerite Fountain, his wife, are the purchasers, having been lodged with me together with an application to register firstly, a transmission by survivorship and secondly, a memorandum of transfer thereby merging the estate created by the agreement with the land in the aforesaid certificate of title, without production of the agreement: in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and memorandum of transfer upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
