Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, whose office is at the firm of Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, AMP Building, Cathedral Square (P.O. Box 2099), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 20th day of September 1994, they were appointed by Aeneas Alistair Hamish McKenzie, Samuel Francis Smith and Robert Daniel Calder, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, of the Rangiora Town & Country Club Incorporated, charged by a certain debenture trust deed dated the 10th day of February 1981, given by Rangiora Town & Country Club Incorporated in favour of Aeneas Alistair Hamish McKenzie, William Henry Scrimgeour and Samuel Francis Smith, as trustees.

The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the society’s property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 205-209 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 19th day of September 1994, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Briasco & Bailey Limited (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of October 1988.

The appointment was made in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
