Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that a right of way easement within the meaning and provisions of Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and subject to the provisions of the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952, to be held forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule has been acquired over the land in the Second Schedule from the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
