Land to be Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped, and Vested and Amalgamated, Block III, Mapara Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the areas described in the First Schedule hereto, to be taken for road and vested in The Crown from the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), the area of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13201, when stopped, to be vested in Rhys Laurence Neil Smith, and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 5767, folio 624, subject to memorandum of mortgage 414716.
