Pursuant to Section 294 (1) of the Companies Act 1995

I intend to remove the above-named companies from the Register of Companies, unless cause is shown that the companies should not be removed and upon the grounds that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.

Objections made under section 296 (1) of the Companies Act 1995, to the removal of the companies listed in this notice must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Private Bag 12, Nelson, by the 20th day of October 1994.

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated Tuesday, the 23rd day of August 1994, confirming the reduction of the issued capital of the above-mentioned company from $1,500,000 to $100 and the minute approved by the Court were registered by the Assistant District Registrar of Companies at Hamilton on the 9th day of September 1994. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The authorised capital of Amburys Town Milk Company Limited is $100 divided into 100 issued and fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each, having been reduced from $1,500,000 divided into 1,500,000 issued and fully paid shares of $1 each.”
