On the 9th day of September 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Dorado Traders Limited (in liquidation) and Slush Puppie (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidations commenced on the 9th day of September 1994.
