Land Taken for an Accessway

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for an accessway and to vest in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of the Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

All that parcel of land situated in Block XIV, Waipukurau Survey District, being part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; shown marked “H” on S.O. Plan 7398, held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of August 1994.

Land Declared Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 33) in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, and pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become limited access road and State highway, and vested in the Crown.

Road Stopped in Taupo District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and that area “O”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 48083, and areas “A” and “B”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 48090, shall be added to the adjacent land held for the undertaking of the Wairakei Hotel by virtue of Proclamation 11971, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
