The Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 1994

Pursuant to section 10(2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 1994.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1994.

2. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 0714.90.00, 2104.10.01, 2104.10.09, 4403.10.00, 4403.20.00, 4407.10.81, 8528.10.00 and 9021.90.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this notice.

3. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical key represented by the Tariff item and code 0301.99.00.00B, 2834.29.00.00F, 3926.90.69.39G, 4012.20.01.00L, 4407.10.89.00L, 4407.10.99.11A, 7616.90.29.28E, 8507.10.09.11L, 9021.19.00.00H and 9506.99.19.69E and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this notice.
