Amending Notice Re-aligning Road (State Highway No. 54) at Te Arakura, Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of June 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1994, No. 70, page 2297, re-aligning road (State Highway No. 54) at Te Arakura, Manawatu District, by deleting from the First Schedule the words and figures:

“(All parts Gazette notice B. 313057.1)”

and substituting in their place:

“(All parts Gazette notice B. 313057.4)”.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that area “A”, now known as Section 1 S.O. 59793, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50B/452, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 993388.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
