Reclassification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
