Education Act 1989
Change of Class of St Andrew’s Intermediate School
Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that St Andrew’s Intermediate School will become a composite school (Form 1–4) on the 28th day of January 1995, and cease to be an intermediate school on that day.

Board of Trustees Election
Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election is to be held on the 6th day of August 1994, for the board of trustees of the following school:
Cornerstone Christian School, Palmerston North.
The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 21st day of September 1994.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Dominic’s School, Blockhouse Bay.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 24th day of August 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education.
