I hereby give notice of an application for the issue of a certificate of title to the applicant below-named, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 17th day of October 1994.

Application 5722 by Lilian Estelle Tulloch, married woman of Carterton, for a fee simple estate in 9.9000 hectares, more or less, situate in the South Wairarapa District, being part old river bed and being the part of Lot 3 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 75779, that is not Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 51908.
