Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, both chartered accountants, whose offices are on Level Twenty-eight, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of September 1994, the Nippon Credit Bank Limited, appointed us jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of certain property of this company under the powers contained in a mortgage dated the 15th day of December 1989.

We have been appointed as receivers and managers in respect of the company’s Boeing 767–209 aircraft having manufacturers serial No. 22682 entered on the New Zealand Civil Aircraft Register with registration No. ZK-NBF, two Pratt & Whitney Model JT9D–7R4D engines serial numbers 709635 and 709637, certain aircraft documents and parts, all as described in the mortgage.
