Tauranga District Council

Reserves Act 1977

Change to Classification of a Reserve
Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a resolution of The Tauranga District Council dated 10 June 1993, The Tauranga District Council hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose road reserve to a local purpose reserve for esplanade purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

5212 square metres, more or less, being Lot 26, Deposited Plan 5,198 and being part Allotments 5 and 517 of the Parish of Te Puna, being part certificate of title 443/15 (South Auckland Registry).
