Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of August 1994, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited hereby appointed Messrs Rodney Gane Pardington and Messrs Russell Stuart Hay, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Mahurangi Duckling Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 4th day of August 1988, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, the Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.
