Nurses Act 1977

Nursing Council of New Zealand—Order of the Council—Registered Psychiatric Nurse Stephen John Carson

In exercise of its powers under section 28 (3) of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 14 July 1994, ordered that, in accordance with his written application, the name of Stephen John Carson be removed from the Register of Psychiatric Nurses.

It was further decided by council that this decision be published in the New Zealand Gazette and Nursing New Zealand (formerly New Zealand Nursing Journal).
