Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that an application has been made for an amendment to the International Air Services Licensing Act issued to Korean Air to enable the airline to operate to New Zealand, optionally via 1 point in Oceania. Further details of this proposal are available from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward the representations to reach me on or before 15 September 1994.

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Aerolineas Argentinas to remove the note restricting the airline’s traffic between Auckland and Sydney to the carriage of own stop-over passengers; and to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Japan Airlines to include a note referring to the ability of the airline to carry internationally ticketed passengers between points in New Zealand.
