The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 22nd day of August 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education.

Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Medical Practitioner Who May Prescribe, Administer or Supply Controlled Drugs for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 24 (5) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Janice Marjorie Wilson, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify the medical practitioner described in the Schedule hereto as a medical practitioner who may prescribe, administer or supply controlled drugs for the purposes of that section.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit ACP Publications Pty Limited, Australia, and Lever Rexona, Australia, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for Cosmopolitan magazine and Sunsilk hair care products.

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) The lottery shall not be conducted within New Zealand after 30 November 1994.

(2) The results of the lottery shall be published in the March 1995 edition of Cosmopolitan magazine.

(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any disadvantage as a result of winning a prize.

(4) A New Zealand participant shall have a chance of winning which is equivalent to that of an overseas participant.

Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Hawera on the 9th day of August 1994, against Steven Craig Eru for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Unregistered Honda XR500 offroad motor cycle. Chassis No. PE01-5008962.

Any person who has any interest in this vehicle must advise this office within 7 days of this advertisement.
