Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d)(i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of G E Dick Consultants Limited, whose registered office is situated at the Fifth Level, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, from the New Zealand register, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of the Companies Act 1955.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 23rd day of September 1994 (being the date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the register.

Notice is hereby given that the High Court has appointed Wednesday, the 7th day of September 1994 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon at the High Court at Wellington to publicly examine Terence Patrick McDonald and Helena Beeby as to the promotion or formation of the said company, Spectrascan 2000 (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), and as to the conduct of the business of the company, and as to their conduct and dealings as directors thereof.
