We, Anthony John McCullagh and Peter John Brannigan, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose address is at Howarth Brannigan McCullagh and Co, Chartered Accountants, Level Ten, Barclays House, 70 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of August 1994, they were appointed as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking, assets and property of PCB One Limited.
