Notice of Publication of Annual Report
Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, as substituted by section 40 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 1994, the Securities Commission hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Justice its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 1994, containing its financial statements, audit report and management statement for the period and has with the consent of the Minister of Justice published the Annual Report.

Dated this 19th day of August 1994.
