Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 23.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at New Plymouth to be Disposed of and Vested for a Recreation Reserve, Weymouth Street, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 24 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in The New Plymouth District Council for a recreation reserve on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land in Otorohanga District Acquired for a State School

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
