(d) The general nature of the business transacted by the partnership is that of carrying on the business of motel proprietors.

(e) The principal place at which the business has been transacted is at the motel situated at 15 Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

(f) The renewed term of the partnership commenced on the 1st day of May 1994, and is to terminate 7 years from that date.
