Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ Spraybooth Limited (in liquidation) on the 9th day of August 1994, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended).

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 213 (c) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Auckland Conference Centre, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Auckland on Monday, the 22nd day of August 1994 at 10 a.m.

Agenda:

1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, which will be laid before the meeting.

2. The views of the creditors set out in any resolution passed at a meeting held for the purposes of section 213 of this Act.

3. Appointment of liquidation committee, pursuant to section 288 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), if thought fit.

Proxies:

An individual creditor who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy, who need not be a creditor, to attend and vote instead of him. A creditor who is a company, must appoint a proxy to be legally represented. The appointment of a proxy must be by notice in writing, signed by the creditor. To be valid, a proxy form must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidator not later than 48 hours before the meeting.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators of NZ Spraybooth Limited (in liquidation) fix the 2nd day of September 1994, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
