Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the District of Buller

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to section having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 7 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Nelson Land District—Buller District

636 square metres, being part Section 6, Block III, Waitahu Survey District; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 15184, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Nelson Land District—Buller District
