Pursuant to section 338 (1) of the Maori Land Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a Papakainga Reserve for the common use and benefit of the Whanau of Frances Caroline Ratima or Frances Caroline Harmer. This Papakainga Reserve to be known as Te Whanau Whaka Kotahi Iwi.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of inclusion as part of Terenga Paraoa Marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Kaka Porowini, deceased, and the members of the sub tribes of Whangarei, Mangakahia, Tautoro, Taiamai, Te Ahuahu, Taumarere, Waikare, Whangaruru and Taiharuru.
