Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

N o t i c e

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Clutha District) Notice No. 2, 1991 Amendment Notice 1994.

The First Schedule to the Traffic (Clutha District) Notice No. 2, 1991 signed on the 8th day of October 1991* (“the Notice”) is hereby amended by revoking the reference to “a point 320 metres” and substituting “a point 200 metres”.

● The Second Schedule to the notice is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “a point 320 metres” and substituting “a point 200 metres”.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 7, 1994.

The area specified in the Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1983, dated on the 26th day of April 1983* issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 is revoked.

SITUATED within Whangarei District at Ngunguru:

All that area bounded by a line commencing on the southern side of Ngunguru Road at a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along Ngunguru Road from Haven Place, thence across Ngunguru Road at right angles from its southern side to its northern side, thence due north by a right line to a point due west of a point on the western side of Waiotoi Road 400 metres measured northerly, generally, from Ngunguru Road, thence due east to the said point, thence across Waiotoi Road at right angles from its western side to the eastern side, thence westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Matapouri Road 50 metres measured northerly, generally, from Te Maika Road, thence across Matapouri Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side, thence westerly, generally, by a right line to the northern termination of Te Maika Road, thence due south to the northern bank of Ngunguru River, thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line, to a point 2000 metres measured due south of the commencing point, thence due north to the commencing point.
