Notice of Order for Vacant Possession

In the matter of section 104DD of the Property Law Amendment Act 1993, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage No. B. 138807.3 (Wellington Land Registry) given by Peter William Hodges and Donna Faye Hodges to United Bank Limited:

Take notice that on the 28th day of July 1994, United Bank Limited as mortgagee and pursuant to an order for vacant possession granted by the High Court at Wellington on the 21st day of June 1994, entered into possession of the property at 56 Ruskin Road, Newlands, Wellington.

Details are as follows:

Mortgagee: United Bank Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 280 Queen Street, Auckland.

Mortgagors: Peter William Hodges and Donna Faye Hodges.

Mortgage: Memorandum of mortgage No. B. 138807.3 to United Bank Limited, registered on the 14th day of January 1991 at 1.31 p.m. against certificate of title 8B/1436 (Wellington Registry) and comprising all that parcel of land containing 881 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington and being Section 208, Porirua District.
